Raspberry almond cake

A favourite (wheat-free) cake in our household. Here’s the recipe (originally featured in Country Living magazine I think). Shall I pop the kettle on?

  1. I did pop over to read the recipe and it is absolutely illegible, due to the tiny type font and the white lettering on a dark ground. Clicking to enlarge did not help — you might want to rethink the design of the cooking site.

    • Many thanks for the feedback. I’ve just made the image bigger, so hopefully that will solve the problem.

      • Thank you for taking another look. The cake seems popular with gluten and gluten-free eaters alike in my experience, as it certainly disappears very quickly 🙂

  2. A long-standing favourite in our house, and I’m desperately trying to find the recipe again having lost it. Can anyone help? The link to Mrs B’s Kitchen blog no longer seems to work 😦
