Hare revisited

A much looser version of the hare I painted the other day. Both versions were inspired by a recent visit to the lovely Hare Hill – a National Trust owned garden in Cheshire. Photos of that little outing will follow shortly. There are hares at Hare Hill, but as they are pretty shy creatures, I had to make do with the carved wooden hares which are dotted round the gardens. Young kids were having a great time finding them all and finding out information about them.
